The conditions below govern each rate accordingly.<\/p><p><b>1. Flexible Rate Policy1.1 Payment Terms<\/b><br \/>\u2022\u2003<b>Deposit:<\/b> No deposit is charged at the time of booking. A valid credit\/debit card is required to guarantee and hold the reservation.<br \/>\u2022\u2003<b>Full Payment:<\/b> The total reservation amount will be collected prior to or at check-in.<\/p><p><b>1.2 Cancellation 14 Days or More Before Arrival<\/b><br \/>\u2022\u2003Direct reservations under the Flexible Rate may be cancelled without penalty up to <b>14 calendar days prior to the scheduled arrival date<\/b> (by 3:00 PM local hotel time).<br \/>\u2022\u2003No charges will be applied to the guest&#8217;s card.<\/p><p><b>1.3 Cancellation Less Than 14 Days Before Arrival<\/b><br \/>\u2022\u2003If a cancellation request is received <b>less than 14 calendar days<\/b> prior to the scheduled arrival date, the reservation becomes <b>100% non-refundable.<\/b><br \/>\u2022\u2003The guest remains responsible for <b>100% of the total reservation amount.<\/b><br \/>\u2022\u2003Where authorized during the booking process, WEYKIKI Boutique Hotel reserves the right to charge the full reservation amount to the payment card provided on file, or request direct settlement in accordance with applicable law.<\/p><p><b>2. Non-Refundable Rate Policy<\/b><br \/>\u2022\u2003<b>Payment:<\/b> Reservations booked under the <b>Non-Refundable Rate<\/b> require <b>100% payment of the total stay<\/b> at the time of booking.<br \/>\u2022\u2003<b>Cancellation &amp; Changes:<\/b> The total stay amount is <b>100% non-refundable and non-modifiable<\/b> from the moment the booking is confirmed.<br \/>\u2022\u2003In the event of a cancellation, modification, partial stay reduction, or no-show, <b>no refunds, credits, or vouchers<\/b>will be issued.<\/p><p><b>3. No-Show Policy<\/b><br \/>\u2022\u2003If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without cancelling within the permitted 14-day window (for Flexible Rates) or holds a Non-Refundable Rate, the reservation will be deemed a <b>No-Show.<\/b><br \/>\u2022\u2003In a No-Show scenario, the guest is responsible for <b>100% of the total reservation amount<\/b>, and the full balance will be charged to the payment card on file.<br \/>\u2022\u2003WEYKIKI Boutique Hotel reserves the right to release the room for resale after the missed arrival date.<\/p><p><b>4. Reservation Changes &amp; Modifications<\/b><br \/>\u2022\u2003Date, room type, or length-of-stay modification requests apply <b>only to Flexible Rate bookings<\/b> (14+ days prior to arrival) and are subject to room availability and potential rate differences.<br \/>\u2022\u2003Modifications requested <b>less than 14 days before arrival<\/b> under a Flexible Rate, or at any time under a <b>Non-Refundable Rate<\/b>, will be treated as a partial or full cancellation and remain subject to the 100% cancellation charge.<\/p><p><b>5. Third-Party &amp; Online Travel Agency (OTA) Bookings<\/b><br \/>\u2022\u2003Reservations made via third-party channels (such as Booking.com, Expedia, or travel agencies) are subject to the specific cancellation, prepayment, and refund policies accepted at the time of booking on those platforms.<br \/>\u2022\u2003Cancellations, modifications, or refund requests for OTA bookings <b>must be initiated and processed directly through the respective platform.<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p><b>6. Refunds &amp; Bank Processing<\/b><br \/>\u2022\u2003Eligible refunds under this policy, will be issued using the <b>original payment method<br \/><\/b>\u2022\u2003Refunds are initiated promptly upon written confirmation.<br \/>\u2022\u2003Depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor, refunded funds may take <b>5 to 15 business days<\/b> to appear in your account. The hotel is not responsible for third-party bank processing delays or foreign exchange variances.<\/p><p><b>8. Hotel Inability to Provide Accommodation<\/b><br \/>\u2022\u2003In the rare event that WEYKIKI Boutique Hotel is unable to honor a confirmed reservation due to reasons attributable to the hotel, the matter will be handled in full compliance with applicable Mexican hospitality laws.
